For the second year in a row, T3 Expo has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list -- ranking in the top 20 percent of the 5000 companies listed and profiled. T3 Expo also ranked in the top 20 percent across Inc. Magazine’s sub categories which included Boston Metro Area (148 companies), the State of Massachusetts (149 companies) and in the Business Products and Services Industry (484 companies).
We could not be more proud!
The 35th annual Inc. 5000 ranking is already on magazine stands. It is the most prestigious ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The rankings represent a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment— its independent small businesses.
Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
It is really an honor for T3 Expo to be named again for the second year in a row. When the company was started over five years ago, we knew there had to be a better, easier and more innovative way for companies and associations to create shareable moments. By delivering customized but flexible experiences for our clients, we have been able to save our clients’ money, while growing their events.
The rankings show the growth trajectory of the companies on the list, and T3 Expo grew its revenue over the past three years an amazing 317% -- a true testament that companies and associations are hungry to re-invent their expos and events, and want to create experiences that utilize new technologies.
Inc. Magazine said that the 2016 Inc. 5000 list included the most competitive crop in the list’s 35-year history. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $200 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 640,000 jobs over the past three years, or about eight percent of all jobs created in the entire economy during that period.
According to Eric Schurenberg, president and editor-in-chief of Inc. Magazine, the Inc. 5000 list stands out where it really counts and it honors real achievement.
“No one makes the Inc. 5000 without building something great – usually from scratch. That’s one of the hardest things to do in business, as all company founders know. But without it, free enterprise fails,” he added.
T3 Expo has been definitely building something great. We are innovative, flexible, creative, different, and it is an exciting time to be doing what we love. We are on a fun journey!
We are not alone on this journey. T3 Expo shares a common vision with so many people who have helped us achieve this honor. From our corporate clients, the associations, agencies and employees (Eventginners) who all believed in the vision, took a risk with T3 Expo and are helping reinvent an industry – we are grateful and share this award with each of you.
